I dropped my FJ off the night before it was to have some reconditioning done, and was pleased with the service—my car had several minor dents, a chip in the windshield, and some pavement paint on the moldings—everything was repaired the next day, was completed on time, and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Very satisfied, and will recommend to other people that might need this service.
Great service department. Matt and Tom are always friendly, accommodating and willing to do what it takes to make you happy and satisfied when you leave the dealership. I always leave feeling confident the work was completed professionally.

Buying the car over the Internet with Gloria was effortless. We were able to agree On an outdoor price plus shipping to get to my home. Now the Shipping took a little bit to get it to my home but once it was here it was OK.

Easy peasy. Classic picked up on schedule and did complete update on the electric Lyriq very timely. Returned the car clearer and all updates timely.

Received a call that the car was received and ready. When we arrived, Zach was ready with the paperwork, and we proceeded, including going out to the car for a look in the very cold weather. I liked the preparation and readiness of Classic. This was on a Saturday evening. Everyone was professional. We didn't feel rushed.

Visiting Classic for sales or service is always a pleasant and efficient experience. I have been utilizing Classic Cadillac for over 10 years, and Classic Chevrolet before that. There is a reason for that degree of loyalty: a general policy of quality.
Very happy with Sales and overall experience with the process. My biggest concern is with the 172 point inspection. I have concerns how those inspections were performed, for instance, as after only one week after sale the wipers were not effective - not torn or damaged but just worn. I have a few other concerns regarding the certification process. However,, , so far dealings (with this dealership (Sales and Service) has been very positive
They did a great job as always , not only changed the oil but rotated the tires and cleaned the car
It took 4 times of shopping at Classic since the early 90’s to find a salesman that listened to what WE wanted. Zack was great, not pushy like so many others we’ve talked too. The others that helped with finishing the sales were also wonderful.
Gloria is the real deal! super knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth. Ask for her when you are considering purchasing a vehicle!
I had an absolutely great experience from the moment stepping in the door to the moment I left. Everybody there is very friendly. But to have to wait an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. And owning a Cadillac, I would really think that I would get it back looking beautiful. I had to take it through a car wash after it got washed there. It looked horrible. When I owned a BMW, I would get my car back looking amazing inside and out. I’ve never had that experience with Cadillac.

The attentive staff is very helpful with any/all questions. The service people listen and do their best to see that things are done correctly.
I had my car there, they wanted to charge me double to triple any one else’s prices. When I picked it up they could even run it through a car wash after me spending a few hundred dollars. We get much better customer service with our ford!

Wanted a red Caddy with beige or tan interior. After nearly a year of hearing excuses why it wasn't in, Hubs called again. Now, he talks to the new sales manager. We get the car in two days!! Walking in we received good communication, thorough go-through on paperwork and and a lesson about operating car features. Very pleased. Ask for Moe.
Service appointment. Personnel were very pleasant and informative. My vehicle was serviced in less than an hour. The repair works well.

We've done business with Classic Cadillac for over 2 years between sales, finance and service. Most recently our XT6 was in the service department for repairs. They provided a comparable loaner, explained the repairs and ensured everything was covered under warranty. Easy from start to finish.

Since we were from out of state, it is important to have good communication when shopping long distance for a vehicle. Brianna was fantastic! After we decided to purchase the car, weather became a possible issue with the pickup and Brianna kept us updated and was willing to work with us however the weather worked out. When we did arrive, she had everything prepared and ready to go for an efficient transfer process. She was very pleasant and nice to work with! Nick was helpful in addressing my questions on some of the technical aspects of the rea view camera/Nav Screen. Classic BMW and Lexus wait areas seem to be a little mor spacious and nicer in amenities.
Staff was very welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about them! The car was everything we imagined. Coming from out of town, they had everything ready and set us up for safe travels back home. Staff, was timely, professional, and caring.
Their was a technical issue with the Caddilac your team fixed the problem thus far .

Classic Cadillac excel in customer service. I have owned several vehicles and never have I encountered the friendly service and professionalism I consistently receive from their service department staff and leadership (Tom is a gem). They go above and beyond my expectations each time they are servicing my vehicle. I recommend them regularly.
