Tom Harmon is great at his position. However I am totally turned off by everything Cadillac due to my very expensive multiple car troubles happening to my well cared for babied 2017 ATS with 62K miles on it. This is our fourth Cadillac and we have finally learned our lesson.
Don Ashba was easy to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, and overall great guy. The technical expert there is top notch, they got my car set up and ready quickly.
Overall, a totally pleasant experience for purchasing a new vehicle. Gloria the salesperson was awesome, helpful from the beginning to delivery day.
Once I arrived, the techs were timely. They took my car right away and kept me informed. They made me aware of a recall of which I had not yet received info. Overall everything went well.
The dealership has a calming environment and the staff is a reflection of that as well. All of our needs were met and more. It was a pleasure to experience this purchase. We will continue to have a relationship with this team.

Mathew in service is top notch! Brought my Cadilac XT6 in for service and a warranty issue with air. Not only did he work on getting it in fast, he knew with a family and kids we needed a loaner. Brought it in Friday, parts ordered and picking up loaner today!

Your Service Department representatives, Tom, Matthew and Amir always provide excellent service and support. But I am not impressed with your Service Department's Technicians quality of work. This is the third service visit in the last 12 months where I had to return my 2017 CT6 vehicle due to issues that I expected to be taken care of or identified and reported to me when I picked up the vehicle. I beginning to loose a little faith in the quality of service that I am receiving. I have not given up but cautious. Very loyal customer.

When they rotated my tires, they tore up my valve stem caps so I will need to replace them now only. So not very happy with the poor workmanship.

I dropped my FJ off the night before it was to have some reconditioning done, and was pleased with the service—my car had several minor dents, a chip in the windshield, and some pavement paint on the moldings—everything was repaired the next day, was completed on time, and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Very satisfied, and will recommend to other people that might need this service.
